What to include in your request
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:
- The email address associated with your account
- Your device type and operating system version
- A brief description of the issue or question
- Screenshots if applicable
Common launch issues
- Invite link not working: Make sure the app is installed before tapping the invite link. If the link opens in a browser, copy it and open it directly in the app.
- Check-in not appearing: Check-ins unlock on your chosen day of the week. If it's before that day, the check-in won't be available yet.
- Shared summary not unlocking: Both partners must submit their check-in for the same week before the summary becomes visible.
- Notifications not arriving: Ensure notifications are enabled in both the app settings and your device's system settings.
Privacy-sensitive requests
If your support request involves sensitive information — such as safety concerns, account deletion related to an abusive relationship, or anything you want handled with extra care — please mention that in your message. We will handle it with discretion and urgency.
